&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;auren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;is the Executive Director at the Brain Injury Association of Ohio. She has worked in aging and disability services for the last 22 years working across the continuum in a variety of settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;Lauren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;&amp;#39;s career focus has been in developing programming for vulnerable populations to bridge the gap in community resources. She has launched two new adult day centers for individuals with disabilities with unique curriculum emphasizing independent living skill development and community integration. She also created an innovative Makerspace Vocational Program &amp;ndash; providing individuals with disabilities an innovative environment to work on vocational skills and earn competitive wages with a person-centered approach. As the Executive Director at the Brain Injury Association of Ohio,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;Lauren&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;has created new programming for brain injury survivors including development of a wellness workshop series, survivor education series, and a transition backpack program. Her passion for the brain injury community not only comes from her career experience with survivors but also from her own lived experience as caregiver for her own family member who sustained two traumatic brain injuries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify; margin-right:0pt; margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;The Division of Safety &amp;amp; Hygiene is funded by a small portion (1%) of employer Workers&amp;rsquo;&amp;nbsp;Compensation premiums.&amp;nbsp;The funding provides for a number of direct and indirect services available to employers.&amp;nbsp;The goal of the Shelby County Safety Council is to help reduce employers workers&amp;rsquo; compensation premiums by enhancing worker safety and health.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify; margin-right:0pt; margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;Membership in the Shelby County Safety Council enables organizations to take advantage of the savings afforded by eliminating or reducing workplace injuries and illnesses.&amp;nbsp; Participation will show safety leaders how to increase productivity, improve morale and impact their company&amp;rsquo;s bottom line.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify; margin-right:0pt; margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;u&gt;When/Where Does the Council Meet?&lt;/u&gt; Monthly meetings are typically held the first Wednesday from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. at Wilson Health&amp;#39;s Professional Building (lower level conference rooms). Reservations are required and can be made by calling the Chamber of Commerce at 937-492-9122 or emailing Dawn Eilert at deilert@sidneyshelbychamber.com two weeks prior to an upcoming meeting. Meeting reminders will be sent to members via email approximately one week prior to event.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold"&gt;What are the Annual Dues?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;Dues are $120.00 for Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;Commerce members and $250.00 for non-Chamber members.&amp;nbsp; Dues pre-pay meals for &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold"&gt;one&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;attendee (of company&amp;rsquo;s choice) to attend all meetings for one year (12 meetings).
