Gateway Arts Council, located downtown Sidney, is Shelby County's premier non-profit arts organization. Gateway provides Shelby and surrounding counties with quality arts, entertainment and, cultural enrichment. It's diversified year-round programming includes events that appeal to all ages and interests.
