After years of dreaming, planning, and leaning on the encouragement of family and friends, she finally brought her vision to life with the opening of Restore Physical Therapy + Wellness in the heart of her hometown of Russia.

Opening a clinic had always been in the back of Dr. Katie’s mind. But as life moved forward, the timing never quite aligned—until she stumbled upon a charming space in Russia. The moment she stepped inside, she knew. The character of the building, the location, the potential—it all clicked. What started as a dream quickly became a mission: to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

The renovation process wasn’t without its challenges, but Dr. Katie was determined. She envisioned more than just a treatment facility—she dreamed of a welcoming environment where every patient could receive personalized care tailored to their unique goals and needs. Today, Restore Physical Therapy + Wellness is just that – a place where healing happens in a warm, compassionate, and expert-driven setting.

The clinic offers a full spectrum of orthopedic and neurological services, including vestibular and balance therapy, Integrative Dry Needling, and running gait analysis designed to enhance performance and prevent injury.

And this is just the beginning.
